As you float in the air you will have a bird’s eye view of the wildlife and there will be some excellent photos opportunities. The experience is exhilarating and for many it is the highlight of their holiday.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES IT TAKE TO FLY A BALLOON?

The hot air balloons lift off just before sunrise when the breeze on the plains is still cold. Once airborne, the balloons are blown by the prevailing winds across the broad landscape. Apart from the hiss of the burners, the flight above the Maasai Mara plains is magically silent. The pilot controls the height of the craft by regulating the flow of hot air into the balloon. Sometimes the balloon will descend over the plains for a close up view of the wildlife; on other occasions, it rises to clear a tree canopy and rise over the riverine forest.
Itinerary
Day 1
Early morning drive from Nairobi via the great rift valley view point,after a 15 minutes photo session further drive via the southern side of maasai mara,lunch at narok town,proceed to the maasai mara camp,whereby you will have an evening game drive in maasai mara national reserve.this day is guranteed to see most of the animals liek bualloes ,zebras and giraffes.late evening return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 2
05.30: Wakeup call.
06.00: Cup of coffee or tea at lodge/camp lounge.
06.15: Drive to launch site.
06.30:
Lift off for approximately one hour flight. On landing a delicious champagne breakfast is served in the bush. Flight certificates will be issued by your captain. Drive back to your lodge/camp at 09.00.then after proceed with full day game drive in the mara plains, it will be guranteed to see the animals like lions, giraffes, elephants, zebra, buffalo,wilbeest,hippos and other animals,later in the evening drive back to the camp/lodge for an overnight
Day 3
Early morning pre break fast game drive in trying to spot what you may not have spoted in the last 2 days,later return to the camp for preaparation to go back to nairobi,whereby you will say “kwaheri” or good bye to the pastoral maasai
